What does the weight loss begin with in the training process? – Workouts regularity.

Today I start and continue the topic of weight loss, getting slim and size reduction in fitness by means of training process.
Let’s speak about the most important aspect – regularity!
This is important for everybody: for just beginners as well as for the advanced level participants!
You should set yourself up for regular trainings lasting 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week!
Start with this!
I would even advise not to change anything in your nutrition.
Do not set up for a diet!
Start with trainings first!
Psychologically it’s easier!
In reality you will choose another food any way!
You will be unable to eat greasy food for fat deposition; you will just be unable to.
Your body working at its maximum will demand the fuel of better quality!
Provide it with complex carbohydrates and proteins.
But we do not speak about it today.
We speak about the only habit – regularity!!!
I would call it persistence.
Be persistently regular.
Do it any possible way.
In my MOClub I develop a habit, even an unconditioned reflex to put on the training shoes and to be ready for body challenge!!!
It’s really a reflex, as I put it in the video, it’s from inside, because of itching metabolism and training shoes, (yes the shoes are important they help to fix the habit)))
