My first english clients — easy workout for every age!
Today I published for you my first English-speaking workout!
And my first English students: Ann and Tone
This workout present us doing 1 round of our interval training.
Its an easy first step on your level.
I put this round to my MagicOnClub students.
My goal is to show that there is no differences in languages.
And you can join to our workouts in Russian.
Our intervals include 6 exercise and 3 round in it:
- side to side squat
- right side lunge and left incline
- cycle press
- left side lunge and right incline
- push ups
We start with 30 seconds intervals, and upgrade to 20 ))
Between seconds of working out you make 10 seconds to change position and restore, and again other 20 seconds of maximum effort!
