Great interval challenge for the wall

Hi  everyone!

This workout — mostly Englisn speaking version — is my next step to you — the world of English)))

I want to devote this exercises to the most inspiring Woman — Almine!

So, this workout is interesting because it has some men and women differences.

If you like to be more brave and intensive you take the first variation of  the 1 and 3 exercises.

And for the women I suggest a Yang mode of our interval workout, — you take more flexible flying variations for your challenge.

Be at your maximum effort in every second.

Its just 41 minutes for your best challenge.

Dont waiste your time and improve all traits of your character, habits and body.

You have to be completely satisfied and cant do any more after your intervals.

This workout is one of our workouts in fitness for mind and body MagicOnClub.

This part of video — is your practice before real hard intervalsyou work 20 seconds, and rest — 10 seconds.

And you have to repete this 6 exercises 3 times — or  3 rounds. 

You have to do always:

  • choose your level and try a bit more you think you can — always try advanced level — just 1-2-3 times and next time youll see how you upgrade
  • always choose quality like priority,
  • and when you shure you perfect — add speed
  • remember about your weaknesses  and improve them
  • if you have problem zones — forget about them and working out like you have no it, you have your best body, and your relief is so elastic and sexy that you wallow in your body creation and new experience for a new planes where you manage your own body and mind
  • and one more thing about differences in language its even better if you dont understand something with your smart brane — let it not work in the direction of your habits — each your workout has to be new, even old known exerceses you have to open like a first seen, use experience of your body and innocent of your mind. The fastest results receive that of my clients, who copy me without thinking. When you become advanced body user — ill teach you how to analyse for improving your level (this page just for subscribers and in russian for this moment — see video and the pictures)) and contunie to reseive results in each workout
  • when you finish  the intensive part of workout — make a little stretching — it could be just complete relax in very unusual comfortable for you position — when you just hang on yourself
  • and if you like — make your own dance with the same movements, more flexible with your balerina inspiration)) My dance is  here:

    Thank you my Dear Coach!
    I did the work out today and was exhausted so that decided to write about it later.
    Now I can do it here in English.
    Unfortunately my challenge was without the wall :-[ though I tried, the blood pressure in my head gave sound advice not to do it. All the other exercises were done at the advanced level at 100%.
    Thank you for a nice and graceful work out for the whole body, it’s so important sometimes to remember you are a woman!
    The challenge for the head was quite sensitive as well, only in the second round I realised I raise the wrong leg in the first and third exercise and corrected.
    Now I am looking forward for tomorrow as I expect the so-sweet-for-me feelings in the legs after the challenge today.

      the blood pressure in my head gave sound advice not to do it — my head also speak to me, and i felt much more pressure then usual incline (is it right?)
      done at the advanced level at 100% — super! *THUMBSUP*

    Writing after today’s training, I want to send you hello from my lower body part.
    it was great to feel today the work from yestterday.
    Dancing :-[ Unfortunately I can’t dance, really… just do not know howto do it, but what I feel recentely more wish to bend, to be slender, to make some kinds of snake movements…
